Terms and conditions for UNLIMITED
MEMBERSHIP POLICY
- Your classes will restock in your account on the same day of each month. If you decide to pay your bill early, you classes will still restock on your original billing date. If you would like to attend additional classes outside your allotted classes per month within your selected membership, you can purchase single class passes or upgrade to the next level of membership.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY
- Members can withdraw at any time prior to their next billing due date. However, once the monthly payment has been processed, there are no refunds. Members will still have full access to classes for the remainder of that billing cycle.
- Once the member Withdrawal Form has been submitted, members will still be allowed to attend any remaining classes that have been paid in full.
- There are no refunds or credits for any classes a member chooses to not attend following the successful submission of the member withdrawal form.
INCLEMENT WEATHER / HOLIDAY POLICY:
AREA 54 does not follow any school system’s inclement weather policy. If inclement weather occurs, visit our website and social media sites, or check your email for updates on changes and/or cancellations.
We are unable to offer make-up lessons, refunds, or account credits for any studio closures due to inclement weather or the following holidays/breaks:
- Week of Christmas
- Week of Thanksgiving
- Fourth of July
- Week of New Years Eve
